An award-winning foreign correspondent, investigative journalist and travel writer, Charlotte Eagar has written stories from places as diverse as Sarajevo, Baghdad, Moscow and Rome. She has worked for The Observer, The Sunday Telegraph, The Spectator, Harpers & Queen and The Times Magazine, as well as most other British papers and magazines, and currently writes for ES Magazine. Her novel set during the siege of Sarajevo, The Girl in the Film, is awaiting publication. She is currently writing a novel set in Rome during WW2.
